It was a long nasty, messy job in an old house and he just dug in and didn't stop until it was completed! Justin is very nice and funny.  Will ask for him again!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Raymond was extremely helpful and professional.  He replaced my worn out sump pump with a battery back up system.  Explained how it functions and what to do in certain situations.  This was my first experience with Petersen and I am relieved to have a plumbing company that I can trust with future jobs.

It was after hours; he spent a long time checking everything and explaining his findings to me (with diagrams) so I would understand the problem, and left notes for the person who would come back the next day to deal with the clog in the overflow supply line.
