Took Petersen’s up on their fall Furnace Checkup offer. Rick was prompt, friendly and efficient. While the checkup (which is quite extensive and listed) can’t guarantee anything, it does give assurance that there are no red flags waving for me to worry about as winter approaches. I am having sump pump issues with ochre (looks like a clay dirt) coming up with the water into my basin. Ray did an amazing job first installing a check valve and two wash out entry points into my discharge pipe. Then he redid my piping outside the house to make the water flowed better. Very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. This was not an easy job but very happy how it turned out.

Highly recommend Petersen Plumbing for your next service appointment.

In an extended period of HEAVY rain, we discovered one of our sumps wasn't working and we had to start bailing water!
