“Simple” drip repairs. Chris Smet was on time, dealt with my large loud barking dogs, found more leaks up line before they became bigger problems, confirmed the extra work and left no mess. $370 for this complicated series feels like a good deal with all the copper fittings he replaced. I hope to use him again in the future.

We needed help and an update with a toilet in the Master Bedroom. Petersen scheduled our service quickly and our service tech Mike could not have been any better. He was , friendly, knowledgeable , efficient and thorough. Everything was perfect and better than new when he was finished. I would only call Petersen if I ever need a plumber again.

I had a clogged vent that made air bubbles come up through the toilet. Petersons came out with a water pump and flushed the debris out in under an hour and found a leaking A/C line which they fixed by flushing it out and replacing it. Very curious young men that I'll recommend to anyone and won't hesitate to call back if I find any other problem.

Lee and Garrett did a fantastic job of getting our hot water up and running. They were both very professional and cordial making sure to not leave any mess as they moved materials through the finished basement. Always appreciate Petersen and the work they do!

They followed through until the problem was fully fixed. The first visit didn’t completely fix the leak under our kitchen sink, so they came back the following week and fixed the problem for good. They didn’t charge us for the second service call aside from one small inexpensive part they needed to order. It’s been a few months now, and the repair is still holding up perfectly.
